Choose from three exquisite eight-course menus, which highlight the best of Shanghainese cuisine. Set menus start at P1,888++ per person. The first set includes a delicious three-piece xiao long bao (pork,
seafood and mushroom), heirloom shrimps, double boiled duck soup, pan-fried hairtail fish as main, braised porkmeat “lion’s head,” sautéed French beans in X.O. sauce, minced beef with egg fried rice and
mango cream and pomelo tapioca for dessert. The other sets have steamed black grouper with garlic sauce and deep fried salt pepper cod fish as mains.
Also choose from Hua Ting Brasserie Chinoise’s main menu, featuring its signature and authentic Shanghainese dishes like assorted xiao long bao, the meticulously prepared fragrant tea-smoked duck,
hong shao rou (braised pork belly with eggs), salted egg flower crab, marinated chicken in brine “xianji,” and a range of healthy vegetable dishes, as well as fresh noodles cooked various ways.
