Qatar Airways is offering fare discounts of 30 percent or more from today (October 8) until tomorrow (11:59pm Doha time) for travel up to 30 September 2021.

“With our special fares, now is the time for people to embrace their love of travelling once more, discovering all the world has to offer and creating new memories. At Qatar Airways, we invite passengers to rediscover the world together and return to what they have been missing, whether it is relaxing on a secluded beach, marvelling at remarkable urban skylines or wandering through breathtaking landscapes,” said Rohan Seneviratne, Qatar Airways country manager.

Qatar Airways became the largest international carrier during the last six months by fulfilling its mission of taking people home while travel was restricted. The airline now operates over 650 flights to more than 90 destinations worldwide, including the Philippines. As countries around the world reopen for travel, its special sale gives travellers the opportunity to take the journey of a lifetime as they look ahead to 2021 and the opportunities it will bring.

This special sale follows Qatar Airways’ incredible giveaway of 21,000 complimentary tickets for teachers worldwide to thank them for their vital work in educating young people during the challenges brought by the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic. In turn, Qatar Airways is now thanking travellers for continuing to dream of the journeys ahead.

Customers booking travel via qatarairways.com during this special sale period can also enjoy up to 20 percent off online purchases for any pre-paid baggage, access to the Oryx and Al Mourjan lounges at Hamad International Airport (HIA) and Al Maha Meet and Assist services. To further honour their loyalty, Qatar Airways Privilege Club members will earn double Qmiles on tickets booked on October 8 and 9, 2020. Passengers will also receive free wi-fi on board until 2 January 2021.

Additionally, Qatar Airways is extending its commitment to offering passengers incredibly generous flexible booking options, now available for all tickets booked before 31 December 2020. If passengers need to change their travel plans, they can hold their tickets for two years, benefit from unlimited date changes, or exchange their ticket for a future travel voucher with 10% extra value.

When travelling with Qatar Airways, passengers can expect the highest standards of safety throughout their journey. The carrier has stringently implemented the most advanced safety and hygiene measures on board its aircraft and at HIA. Qatar Airways’ onboard safety measures include the provision of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for cabin crew and a complimentary protective kit and disposable face shields for passengers.
