Dive into the world of flavors with chef Pauline Benedicto of Mr & Mrs B and Rekado Davao as she brings forth the delectable Smoked Salmon Croustades and Tuna Toastada. Chef Garet, Davao’s chef consultant and caterer, will fascinate taste buds with her rendition of Beef Wellington Bites with Kangkong Pesto. For those with a sweet tooth or even if you normally don’t enjoy sweets, Dulce Desserts promises an irresistible Truffle, Honey and Brie Croissant and Mango Cashew Cheesecake that’s bound to make a mark.
To wash down these delicacies, guests can indulge in handpicked libations from Davao Wines, Cimem, and the exquisite Luisita Rum.
