Refreshed all-day dining menu at Tivoli Royale Country Club is all about the good ol’ days

Mediterranean Lamb Stew

Nestled within the vibrant Tivoli Royale Country Club lies a culinary haven. Capturing the essence of nostalgic flavors, the Royale Lounge, the club’s flagship restaurant, invites guests to embark on a delightful gastronomic journey with its latest array of new menu items that promise to bring the whole family to the table.

The new menu at Royale Lounge is an ode to the collective experiences that Filipinos cherish, food that people have had at some point in their lives, and dishes that would surely bring a dose of nostalgia.

On your visit, we recommend starting the culinary adventure with the Louisiana-inspired Po’ Boy and the Beef Steak Sandwich. The former is a hearty submarine sandwich that boasts crispy chunks of deep-fried freshwater shrimp coated in a Cajun spice blend. The latter, on the other hand, features tender sirloin beef paired with smothered onions, pickles, and smoked cheese sauce.

Shrimp Po Boy

“Our new menu is a collaboration of our chefs and is inspired by the desires of our diners. We want our restaurant to be a well-known culinary destination, and patrons can expect consistent quality in every dish, just like in our banquet menu,” said Tivoli Royale Country Club General Manager Cherryl Go.

Rice lovers, meanwhile, will find themselves captivated by the club’s Nasi Goreng. This Indonesian rice delicacy features chicken satay infused with traditional flavors. Adding a Filipino twist, the dish is accompanied by pickled papaya as a side dish.

Embracing the concept of comfort in a bowl, the slow-cooked stew at Royale Lounge is a masterpiece. Tailored for the Filipino palate, meticulous preparation is evident in the sumptuous dish. It starts with double sautéing the tender lamb to eliminate any unwanted aromas, followed by sautéing with onions, garlic, ginger, and spices.

Pan Seared Mahi-Mahi

For health-conscious diners, the Pan Seared Mahi-Mahi is an excellent choice. This tropical saltwater fish is renowned for its meatiness and flakiness. The mahi-mahi is expertly pan-seared to create a flavorful crust while retaining its tenderness through a double oven-cooking technique.

So if what you’re craving is top-notch food quality that leaves a lasting impression on your taste buds, it’s time to give the Royale Lounge a visit sooner rather than later.
