In celebration of its 85th anniversary, Taal Vista Hotel proudly unveils the OG Series in Veranda, a monthly culinary showcase that celebrates the country’s most iconic dishes and food institutions. This initiative is a tribute to the rich and diverse culinary heritage of the Philippines, brought to life through beloved classics and original creations that reflect the hotel’s timeless charm.

To kick off the series, Veranda shines the spotlight on Binondo’s Best with a special collaboration featuring two legendary names in Chinatown dining:

  • Masuki, serving their famous Mami, Asado Siopao, Bola-Bola Siopao, and Mini Siomai – a comforting taste of traditional Chinese-Filipino fare.

  • Sincerity Cafe and Restaurant, offering their crowd-favorite OG Fried Chicken, Oyster Cake, Pancit Chami, and Fresh Lumpia – dishes that have earned a loyal following for generations.

Binondo’s best schedule at Veranda:

  • May 31 and June 7 – Lunch and Dinner Buffet
  • June 1 and 8 – Lunch Buffet Only

Buffet rate: P1,780 per person

Children aged five and below dine for free when accompanied by a paying adult, while those aged six to 12 year may avail of the buffet at 50-percent off the regular rate.
