Sometimes, cravings can be really weird—milk tea and sashimi, pizza and soup, chocolate cake and beer. For such weird combinations, or when a group wants different things, GrabFood has set up a multibrand kitchen to keep everyone happy.
Established last year in Glorietta 2, Makati City, the first GrabKitchen has six merchants that serve a variety of food, and the best part is you only have to pay for a single delivery fee.
Now, there’s a new “cloud kitchen” in Sampaloc, Manila, for foodies staying at home or working in the office. The second GrabKitchen features eight merchant partners: Conti’s, Sinangag Express, CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice, Omakase, Mister Kabab, Army Navy, Pizza Telefono and Happilee Korean restaurant. Until Feb. 28, order from the GrabKitchen and get free delivery by using the code GRABKITCHEN; minimum order is P550.
“Our first GrabKitchen has enabled merchants to establish their brands in Makati, where they didn’t used to have a physical store, with minimal upfront investments. At the same time, it has also provided food lovers the option to enjoy the different cuisines they love in a single order, and pay one delivery fee. We hope to bring the same benefits to consumers and businesses through the opening of our Sampaloc branch,” said Grab Philippines head of deliveries EJ Dela Vega.
Grab also launched promos as it introduces the new celebrity endorser Sarah Geronimo. Until March 7, use the promo code GRABWITHSARAHG for discounts. For GrabFood, unlimited free delivery with a minimum purchase of P400 in Metro Manila and P250 elsewhere; GrabCar, P40-off two rides; GrabMart, unlimited free delivery with a minimum purchase of P500; GrabDelivery, P1 booking fee for first-time users; GrabPay, one-time P50 cashback.
Grab Philippines country head Grace Vera Cruz says the brand and Geronimo “both share the dedication to delight and provide value to our kababayan. Grab has constantly innovated to be the Philippines’ ‘super app’—providing everyday value and delight to our customers and communities.”
