Eight years is no small feat in the restaurant industry, especially when you’re offering a fusion of cultures on a plate. Tittos Latin BBQ & Brew has achieved just that—eight years in the industry, becoming a beloved hangout for many, thanks to its mix of Latin American flavors and Filipino fiesta vibes. With branches in Kapitolyo and Greenhills, Tittos is all about embracing the warmth of community through good food, exciting drinks, and an atmosphere that just radiates “party.”

“We’re not claiming to be authentic Latin American cuisine. What we try to do is transform the food of Latin America into something that is more appealing and appetizing for Filipinos,” said executive Chef Jerwyn Rabo, who’s been part of the Tittos family from the very beginning.

And it works. After all, Latin American cuisine—with its bold herbs, spices, and communal dining style—has plenty in common with Filipino food.

“Filipinos love the festive vibe and the sense of community that Tittos embodies,” said Winslow Co, Tittos’ marketing director. “We wanted to create a space where people can come together, celebrate, and enjoy good food and great company.”

Evolving menu for every taste

Tittos’ menu has changed and evolved to keep pace with the ever-changing cravings of its customers. Co said that they try to be dynamic with their menu, often revamping it at least twice a year to keep things fresh and exciting, especially for repeat customers.

Whether you want to go big with friends or just grab a solo serving, Tittos makes sure their portions accommodate all occasions—from fiesta gatherings to intimate celebrations.

During our recent visit, we got to try some mouthwatering dishes. The Truffle Pork Pizzadilla was an absolute standout—pork belly paired with truffle béchamel sauce and melted cheeses, all topped with Latin spices for that extra oomph. We also loved the Croquetas, breaded potato croquettes topped with caramelized chorizo and house-made BBQ sauce, which were as fun to share as they were tasty.

And if you’re feeling adventurous? Try the 18-Hour Gaucho Steak—a tender hanger steak, sous-vide for 18 hours and served with crispy onions and Latin gravy. Or, if seafood is more your style, go for the Paella Negra, a squid-ink rice dish topped with prawns, mussels, and smoked fish. And let’s not forget the Tittos’ Cochinillo, roasted to perfection and best enjoyed with a side of liver sauce—a must-preorder for a family feast.

The secret’s in the speakeasy

One of the coolest parts of the Tittos experience is The Vault, their speakeasy bar, hidden right inside the restaurant. It’s a whole different vibe—intimate, mysterious, and perfect for a late-night drink after dinner. “The Vault is our way of offering our customers a complete Tittos experience,” said Rabo. With handcrafted cocktails and a chilled atmosphere, it’s the ideal spot for those who want to keep the night alive after the main dining area winds down.

Through all the ups and downs, including the challenges brought on by the pandemic, Tittos Latin BBQ & Brew has stayed true to its mission of being a space for fiesta and celebration.

As they mark eight years of delicious experiments and culinary adventures, Co said they are thankful to their ever loyal customers, and that they look forward to serving many first-time diners in the coming years.

From their colorful murals that tell the story of a fiesta to their passion for cooking up dishes that fuse Latin and Filipino flavors, Tittos continues to be a go-to spot for those who want to eat well, drink merrily, and celebrate life.
