The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), through the Regional Operations Group, has launched its Christmas Special project tagged as “PASA-LOVE” on the DTI YouTube Channel.

PASA-LOVE is a video promotional campaign to “Buy Local.” Through the campaign, DTI encourages Filipinos to patronize local products for their Christmas gifts and shopping needs to help local entrepreneurs to stay afloat during these trying times. 

PASA-LOVE features perfect-for-the holiday products such as gift and household items and food products from the country’s 16 regions.

Teaser video of PASA-LOVE premiered on November 3 on the DTI YouTube Channel. The series will run until December 18, 2020 and regularly rolls out on YouTube at 2 p.m.

“Marami tayong mga kababayan ang nawalan ng hanapbuhay at kabuhayan dahil sa pandemya. Kaya ito rin ang panahon para ipadama sa lahat ang tunay na diwa ng Pasko. Sa simpleng pagtangkilik sa mga produktong sariling atin, maibabahagi natin ang pagmamahal sa bayan at maipapakita natin ang tunay na kahulugan ng bayanihan. Buy local, give local this Christmas, ‘yan po ang kahulugan ng PASA-LOVE,” says ROG Undersecretary Blesila A. Lantayona, who spearheads the PASA-LOVE campaign.
