Midas Hotel and Casino recently received the 2020 Agoda Customer Review Award. This is a recognition given by the travel book platform to hotel brands with guest review scores of over 8.0 from genuine customer reviews based on five key criteria including location, service, cleanliness, facilities and price.

Travelers who put up their reviews in the popular booking platform share their accommodation ratings and insights through informative, authentic reviews based on the key criteria mentioned. This year, the award was brought online and can be shared by the recipients using the hashtag #AgodaCRA.
