This fun run is not your typical race—it’s an opportunity for runners to immerse themselves in the breathtaking natural wonders of Cavinti while working those powerful legs.
Takbo Cavinturismo has been thoughtfully designed to showcase the municipality’s stunning landscapes, making it a standout among other running events. Participants will have the chance to explore some of Cavinti’s most scenic destinations along various route options.
For starters, the 6-kilometer run will take runners to the picturesque Caliraya Lake, while the 12-kilometer course takes them through the enchanting Lumot Lake. For those seeking a greater challenge, the 21-kilometer route will guide participants to the captivating Bumbungan EcoPark. The ultimate test, however, awaits in the 42-kilometer run, where runners will get to venture into the awe-inspiring Underground River and Caves Complex.
To kick off the event, runners will assemble at The Hamptons Caliraya, a modern development nestled along the serene Lake Caliraya. This 300-hectare establishment offers upscale leisure amenities and an exclusive residential village, providing a luxurious and comfortable starting point for the race.
But the excitement doesn’t end there. Takbo Cavinturismo goes beyond conventional races by introducing a special category called “9 Holes in 1.” This 5-kilometer run takes participants through Holes 1 to 9 of the Graham Marsh Golf Course at the Caliraya Springs Golf Club, affording them a view of the majestic Mt. Banahaw while they’re at it.
