Latitude resto has launched a new collection of dishes that aims to take diners to different Asian countries with every visit. Located inside the hotel JEN Manila by Shangri-La in Pasay, the fresh set of menu is a gastronomic adventure which brings to Manila the heritage and signature dishes of its sister hotels in the region.

Launched early April, the “Flavors of JEN” is a collection of authentic local food items—which uses the same recipes to replicate the actual taste, flavor, and presentation of the dishes abroad—are inspired from dishes of JEN Tanglin Singapore, Penang in Malaysia, and Shangri-la Hotel Bangkok. The menu also features Filipino cuisine, as well as dishes from Hong Kong and Japan.

“Flavors of JEN” aims to elevate tradition with innovation, re-creating and re-interpreting Asian comfort food “with an innovative, delicious twist.”

Offered in a table buffet style, the menu is ideal for sharing with a group of friends or family. It’s perfect, too, for business gatherings. It helps that the restaurant’s look and feel feature some of Asia’s favorite tourist spots such as the cherry blossoms of Japan, the Gardens by the Bay of Singapore, the Victoria Harbour in Hong Kong, and three beautiful photos of the Manila Bay sunset, captured by hotel JEN Manila manager, Frencie Duadua.

What’s more, the new collection of food items are priced reasonably: with an intro offer of only P800 on weekdays (regular price at P988), and P1,000 on weekends (regular price at P1,188). Lunch is at 11:30am to 2:30pm, while dinner is 6pm to 9pm.

So when you arrive at Latitude and the receptionist asks you: “May I Take You to your destination? How about in Penang? Japan? Singapore?” Know that they aren’t just paying lip service. “Flavors of JEN” is an amazing set of international menu that caters to the customer’s changing expectation and experience. A must-try.
