Filinvest is turning 70, and to mark the milestone, the company is giving loyal customers a chance to pack their bags and head for a holiday—on the house.
Its latest campaign, Dream Getaways, brings together all corners of the Filinvest ecosystem—from malls and hotels to banks and property brands—offering over 500 free hotel nights in destinations like Cebu, Boracay, Clark, and Tagaytay.
Running from July 7, 2025 to January 31, 2026, the promo highlights what Filinvest calls the “synergy of its ecosystem”—a phrase that was repeated often during the press launch held recently at Festival Mall.

“We’re celebrating seven decades of helping Filipinos achieve their dreams,” said Denise Rae Lagayo, Vice President and Head of Corporate Marketing at Filinvest Malls. “This is our way of saying thank you. Every interaction you have with a Filinvest brand—whether that’s in our malls, hotels, banks, or homes—can now lead to something unforgettable.
The mechanics are straightforward: Spend at least ₱2,000 in a single transaction at participating Filinvest Malls or Hotels and earn one e-raffle entry. Each month, seven winners will be drawn to receive a 3-day, 2-night hotel stay. Then, on February 7, 2026, seven grand winners will win the ultimate prize—a stay in all seven Filinvest hotels and resorts.
There are also special promos running across Filinvest subsidiaries, including Filinvest Land, Filinvest Alabang, EastWest Bank, and Filinvest Hospitality. Reserve a home, apply for a personal loan, or book a stay during specific promo windows, and you’ll be in the running for bonus prizes and stays.

“It’s not just about vacations,” said Francis Gotianun, First Senior Vice President of Filinvest Hospitality. “It’s about rewarding the people who have supported our business, and letting them experience the kind of Filipino hospitality we’re proud of—where it’s not about how much you pay, but how welcome you feel.”
Sustainability, innovation, and legacy
The press conference also offered a rare glimpse into Filinvest’s long-term vision, especially as it navigates a generational shift. When asked about the challenge of honoring a legacy while leading innovation, Gotianun was reflective.
“There’s always an assumption that there’s a tension between generations. But for us, it’s additive, not a battle,” he said. “I stand on their shoulders. And we work together because there are enough enemies out there—you don’t need to fight your own family.”
That sense of unity is echoed in Filinvest’s plans to grow smart, green, and people-centered developments. The group’s flagship Filinvest City in Alabang is touted as the only development in the country certified under both LEED and BERDE standards. And it continues to evolve: AI-powered security, city-wide Wi-Fi, new parks and green spaces, and accessible, pedestrian-friendly infrastructure are all being rolled out.
“A smart city isn’t just about tech—it’s about being smart for people,” said Gotianun. “A place where it’s safe to walk, easy to stay connected, and beautiful to live, work, and play.”

Sustainability and F&B excellence
Sustainability was another hot topic, especially for the hospitality and mall segments. Timberland Highlands Resort and Crimson Hotels are integrating sustainable operations and regularly publishing ESG reports. Filinvest Malls, meanwhile, are implementing smarter waste management, tenant recycling programs, and partnerships with eco-conscious brands.
As for food—a cornerstone of Filipino culture—the group reaffirmed its commitment to culinary excellence. Crimson Filinvest City was once Michelin-recommended, and new restaurants are in the works across Mimosa, Baguio, and Tagaytay.
“We work with the best—local and international chefs, consultants, and partners,” Gotianun said. “Food is at the center of Filipino gatherings, so it’s also at the center of our hotel experience.”

Despite global headwinds, the Filinvest leadership expressed optimism. With the Philippines set to reach middle-income status, domestic consumption—including travel—is expected to grow. Filinvest is betting on that rising tide with renovated rooms, upgraded experiences, and smarter hospitality.
Gotianun said: “We’re investing in the next generation of Crimson. The world may change, but the Filipino desire for connection, comfort, and celebration doesn’t.”
So whether it’s through real estate, a loan application, or a spontaneous movie date, Filinvest is making the case that everyday moments can become dream getaways—all while building toward a more connected, sustainable future.
