Chef Rubén Beltrán Castellnou hails from a large seaside town south of Barcelona and has charmed his way into Filipinos hearts with his culinary works at Rambla and currently, Hola Bombon Restaurant.

Chef Rubén’s passion for cooking classic dishes with a twist is true to his roots and is a solid testament of his expertise.

“It’s all about the quality and care of ingredients. There must always be respect–respect for the food, for the source and for nature. The menu was conceptualized and will be prepared with this in mind so you can enjoy the same quality in the comforts of your own home,” said Chef Ruben.

Alfred x Rubén Beltrán Castellnou features 10 Spanish dishes at just ₱4,500 per day on October 17 to 18 and October 24 to 25. The entire set is good for sharing among four to six persons. All the food will be prepared for delivery or pick-up by 11 a.m. everyday.
