On 5 and 6 July 2025, experience OG Series in Veranda: Kapampangan Kravings, a special buffet event that brings together iconic dishes and culinary treasures from the heart of Central Luzon.
Savor authentic Kapampangan dishes passed down through generations, including tamales by Apung Laring, the original sizzling sisig by Aling Lucing, and the intricately crafted pan de San Nicolas by Atching Lillian L. Borromeo. Elevating the experience are beloved pasalubong treats from Susie’s Cuisine, offering sweet and savory memories to take home.
Guests will also enjoy a selection of specialties from Hues Restaurant and Lobby Bar by Park Inn by Radisson Clark, featuring Paco Salad, Crispy Pork Belly Kare Kare, and the tender, flavor-packed Bistig Baka, Pampanga’s version of beef bistek.

Buffet hours are scheduled for Saturday, 5 July, with lunch and dinner from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday, 6 July, for lunch from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM.
