Pat & Pat Restaurant in Capitol Hills has many of the things that make for a remarkable dining experience—awesome food, an inviting ambiance, and the warm hospitality of its staffers. Since it welcomed its first customers eight months ago, it has become a favorite neighborhood destination for people who want a delightful brunch, a refined dinner, or a cozy spot to unwind.

Named after the father-daughter duo of Patrick and Patricia Gregorio, to which the restaurant owes its name, Pat & Pat offers a fine casual dining concept, providing an elevated gastronomic experience without the sky-high tag of dining in a high-end restaurant.

One of the standout features of Pat & Pat is its diverse menu, which includes a delightful array of comfort food classics and signature steaks. Aside from its steaks, a popular favorite is Martin’s Fried Chicken, a uniquely seasoned, breaded, and deep-fried delight that leaves patrons craving for more.

Other must-try dishes include the Balsamic Caesar Salad, Ahi Tuna, Open Flame Ribeye, and Spaghetti Alle Vongole.

For those with a sweet tooth, Pat & Pat boasts a wicked selection of desserts. The Capitol Hills dessert is a heavenly creation comprising moist chocolate cake, vanilla ice cream encased in a chocolate shell, warm chocolate sauce, and chocolate shavings.

The restaurant’s convenient location in Capitol Hills, Quezon City, attracts regulars from nearby villages. Its proximity to several universities, such as UP Diliman and Ateneo de Manila University, also draws in students and academics alike.

Pat & Pat has also become a favorite stop for bikers seeking a hearty breakfast after their morning rides. Open every day as early as 7am, the restaurant accommodates early risers, while its closing time of 9pm (10pm on Fridays and Saturdays) ensures a delightful dinner experience.

Pat & Pat can comfortably accommodate up to 40 guests indoors, with an additional 50 seating options available for al fresco dining. Surrounded by lush greenery, the outdoor seating area offers a charming atmosphere, particularly in the late afternoon and evening, when the cooler weather and serene surroundings enhance the dining experience.

Pat & Pat enjoys the advantage of its slightly secluded location, providing a peaceful respite from the hustle and bustle of the city. Moreover, ample parking space is available, completely free of charge, alleviating the stress often associated with finding a place to park.

Inside the restaurant, Pat & Pat exudes a cozy ambiance with a touch of homey warmth. The vibrant floral mural provides a striking contrast against the industrial elements, creating a unique visual appeal. This thoughtful combination of aesthetics adds to the overall charm of the restaurant, making guests feel at ease and eager to indulge in the culinary delights that await them.

While the Gregorio family owns several restaurant franchises, Pat & Pat is their first venture conceptualized from the ground up, allowing them to build their own brand and express their passion for creating memorable dining experiences.

Another remarkable aspect of Pat & Pat is its pet-friendly nature. The restaurant warmly welcomes fur parents, providing an inclusive space where beloved pets can accompany their owners and join in the delightful dining experience.

Looking ahead, Patrick envisions expanding Pat & Pat’s presence to other serene locations like Nuvali in Sta Rosa, Laguna. However, for now, their primary focus is perfecting their craft and ensuring that they create a lasting impression on every guest who walks through their doors.
